To plan and oversee the students’ training and placement, the Group has a separate, centralised Training and Placement Cell with a vibrant staff of young professionals. To enhance the abilities needed for placement, such as resume writing, communication, aptitude, group discussions, technical, and personal interviews, specialised coaching by professionals is organised.
Mega Job Placement Fairs are periodically held on campus by the Laxmipati Group of Institutions. For hundreds of students graduating from local institutions, these career fairs provide a wealth of job options.
The Laxmipati Group of Institutions’ Training and Placement Cell works to accomplish the following objective.
