ON JOB FAIR

A successful Job Fair was organized at the Lakshmipati Group of Institutions in Bhopal. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and job seekers, providing them with significant employment opportunities.

The job fair was held with the active cooperation of the Madhya Pradesh government, District Employment Office, and the Skill Development Board (Western Region), Mumbai. The chief guest of the event was Mr. O.P. Bansal, Chairman of  Lakshmipati Group, who welcomed the attendees and appreciated the collaborative efforts of all involved.

Distinguished guests included Group Director Dr. Anurag, Consultant Dr. Shugandhi, District Employment Officer Mr. A.D. Khan, and various other dignitaries. A team comprising Mr. Nilesh Mishra and Dr. Babita Sharma played a vital role in coordinating the event.

Over 40 companies participated in the fair, offering employment across multiple domains. These companies interviewed candidates for various positions, providing job offers on the spot. More than 400 students and job seekers attended the event, engaging in interviews and networking with company representatives.

Objective:

• The main objective of the job fair was to provide employment opportunities to youth and assist them in achieving career success.
• The organizers aimed to bridge the gap between employers and skilled candidates.

• The Job Fair was successfully conducted and achieved its goal of connecting students with job opportunities. Both employers and participants expressed satisfaction with the arrangements and outcomes of the fair.
